It's a new month, and I've got some new goals. After a crazy first month of 2015, moving out of my apartment in New York City and making the solid decision to move cross country to Los Angeles at the end of the month, I am more determined than ever to re-focus on my health and fitness. I am going to set a goal for myself to eat raw until four every day throughout the end of the month. That means two raw meals per day, and only one with lightly cooked foods. I can't wait to set out on this journey!
I do have a few situations that I will be prepared for: the first one being my birthday on the 16th that I will be celebrating with my family in Vermont. I will be turning 25, and am going to enjoy the hell out of that day. No regrets there.
The second one is the big move LA move (which I could not be more stoked about) I am heading out to LA at the end of the month and staying with a friend the first few days. I will have to work on being flexible once I move out there before I settle into my new apartment March 1st. If I fall off the bandwagon during that transition, I am not going to get down on myself. Such is life :-)
The overall goal of this journey is to re-focus on my health and wellbeing. January was pretty stressful for me and I want to get back to putting the health of my body & mind first because that is when I feel the most fulfilled by life.

- 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup Drink Maple water
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Blend until smooth.
