Blueberry Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl for Hannah Bronfman! #HBFIT / by lee tilghman

Hey there everyone!

Exciting and delicious news to share. Hannah Bronfman, known for her crazy cool workouts and inspiring instagram feed, asked me to make a smoothie bowl for her new site, #HBFIT. How could I say no to that? Hannah Bronfman is a huge source of inspiration to me and a thousand other ladies like myself. Hannah's determination and will to push herself is incredibly motivating - we need more strong headed, strong bodied and motivational woman like her! I know that Hannah is promoting and standing behind something that I truly back 100%- wellness, balance, & clean living. And that made her a pleasure to work with!

#HBFIT is Hannah's new site that promotes wellness, workouts, fashion & food. Pretty much all of my favorite things combined. #HBfit featured one of my bowls- but I also included the recipe and some beautiful photographs here. Enjoy!

 

 DRAGON FRUIT BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

BASE

  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Pitaya Plus Smoothie Pack
  • 1/3 c. almond milk (or any nut milk if your choice!)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Blend ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.

TOPPINGS:
