Lee From America LLC is looking for a Part-Time Assistant to help support her blog, social media, and business. This person will work out of her LA office alongside Lee and assist in planning events, recipe developing, overseeing schedules and content calendar, help answer customer service inquires, perform research, build Excel spreadsheets, help with creative direction and help Lee with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, problem-solving, self-starting, proactive, extremely organized with a deep understanding of Lee and her brand. 

The position is based in Los Angeles California. This is not a remote position.

Position Available: Part-Time Assistant

Hours: 15-20/week

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Lee's schedule
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls
  • Prepare monthly content creation calendars
  • Assist Lee in photoshoots
  • Help Lee with recipe development, cooking, etc.
  • Brainstorm ideas and offer creative feedback

Requirements:

  • Extreme organization
  • Writing Skills a HUGE plus
  • Attention to detail
  • College graduate with a 4-year degree
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to finish the task at hand
  • Professional demeanor
  • Flexible schedule
  • Strong initiative
  • Ability to treat highly confidential information with discretion 
  • Knowledge of Mac Equipment, MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
