Introducing my Spinach, Hemp, and Persimmon Banana Smoothie Bowl!
This was one of the creamiest and most delightful yet.
- 3 bananas
- 1 persimmon (ripe)
- 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder (make sure it’s organic)
- 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Blend until creamy and thick. Pour into bowl.
