Persimmon, Banana, Spinach & Hemp Smoothie Bowl

Introducing my Spinach, Hemp, and Persimmon Banana Smoothie Bowl!

This was one of the creamiest and most delightful yet. 

  • 3 bananas

  • 1 persimmon (ripe)

  • 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder (make sure it’s organic)

  • 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Blend until creamy and thick. Pour into bowl.
