Avocado Toast with Sliced Radishes & Nutritional Yeast

Avocado Toast is the "Blair Waldorf Salad" of 2014/2015. We can't get enough of it. I like my avocado toast simple, tasty, and to be a little nutritional powerhouse like everything in my life :)

This avocado toast is served on sprouted wheat berry bread and is sprinkled with nutritional yeast, a new favorite of mine. If you haven't tried nutritional yeast, I suggest doing so. It's got a great cheese-like flavor and is an excellent source of Vitamin B12. Buy it in the bulk bin from Whole Foods!

You will need:

  • 2 pieces of toasted sprouted bread

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • chili flakes

  • 1 small radish

  • sea salt

  • 1 tsp nutritonal yeast

  • 1 scallion

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Toast the bread, then smash the avocado onto it. Layer it with the radishes, scallions, nutritional yeast, salt and chili flakes! Drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
