Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Cups
here is the incredibly easy recipe for raw, vegan, guilt free and chemical free peanut butter cups. I started making these this summer, and can no longer tolerate the fake taste and texture of Reese’s. These are quick and a delicious treat. Best thing is, you know exactly what is going inside of them!
1 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp agave or brown rice syrup (must be raw to be raw)
pinch of maldon’s sea salt
Peanut butter of your choice (I use Justins)
Melt the coconut oil, add the cacao powder, salt and agave to the melted coconut oil. mix well.
Get out a cupcake foil, and pour about 1/4 inch of chocolate sauce into each cupcake foil. Save half of the chocolate for the topping!
Set in freezer for 20 minutes or until solid.
Then, pat down some nut butter onto that frozen chocolate bit.
Then, add the rest of your chocolate sauce. Freeze to set.
