Raw blueberry nice cream layered with chia seed pudding, topped with rawnola and coconuts.
Chia Seed Pudding:
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
Shake and let sit in fridge for 2 hours.
Blend blueberries, bananas, and dates together. add to bottom of mason jar, layer with chia pudding. Top with buckwheat, coconut, and some rawnola :)
